Hey there!

A story as unique as its characters...

We met in South Korea in 2012, working as Edutainers at Gyeonggi English Village (now English Musicals Korea), where we honed our skills as actors and creators. In Korea we performed in 11 shows together, and since returning to the U.S. in the summer of 2014, have continued that pattern, with our joint contracts in the double digits. We've also launched our own TYA company WhatFun! Theatre, which strives to bring quality family friendly productions to communities around the country. As both performers and creators, we pride ourselves on providing not only a quality product, but a quality experience, bringing our positivity, can-do attitudes, open-minds and hearts, and spirit of blissful collaboration to every process. While we do accept separate projects, we truly believe we are #bechertogether, and prioritize joint contracts. We hope you enjoy a glimpse into our little world.

What's new on our wild ride?

The Craziness of 2022!

It was truly a whirlwind year. Both continued their relationships with Circa '21, North Scott High School, and Junior Theatre, but also some new friends, including St. Ambrose University to their family! Ashley worked on 13 shows, and Bobby worked on 14 shows, plus they both did some "bonus" projects. You can see their "year at a glance" below, but highlights include:

Ashley became the new Artistic Director at Davenport Junior Theatre, and was THRILLED to Direct/Choreograph one of her favorite shows, White Christmas for Circa '21!

Bobby played 3 dream roles: Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, Robert in The Play That Goes Wrong, and Phil Davis in White Christmas, and had the opportunity to flex his music arranging and track making skills on numerous projects!

Welcome 2023!

January 18th- March 11th, Bobby is rocking a mohawk and singing his favorite Queen songs as Britney in We Will Rock You at Circa '21.

He'll also be working on his 6th show with North Scott High School's Lancer Productions, back as Music Director for their spring musical, Anything Goes.

Bobby and Ashley are both back at Junior Theatre, where Ashley is the current Artistic Director, to Sound Design and Direct, respectively, the 2016 musical adaptation of, The Wind in the Willows.

February and March will be busy with Ashley choreographing The Prom at Double Threat Studios, and Wizard of Oz for Moline High School, as well as returning to Circa '21 as the Director/Choreographer of Junie B.'s Essential Survival Guide to School.
